How would you describe the Trainee Program to someone considering applying?

"Cross-functional and international are the first words I’d use to describe the programme.
It’s designed to give you exposure to different parts of the business, helping you build a
strong base of knowledge and experience. That’s something I’ve found really engaging, as
it gives you the chance to learn about functions you may not otherwise experience in
detail, while building connections across the business. What makes it even better is that
you’re doing it alongside other trainees, with plenty of opportunities to connect with people around the world. You’re all in it together, sharing learnings and building relationships along the way."

What has been your favourite experience, project or achievement so far?

"I really enjoyed my first project rotation in Supply Chain. I came into the role with no Supply Chain experience, so everything felt new. The project gave me the time, space and support to learn from the ground up, with guidance from trainee alumni, my manager and the wider Supply Chain team. Building on that experience, I was really proud to win Best Project for the UK and Ireland, which showed me how much room there is to learn something new when you have the right support, guidance and access to learning materials."

Why would you recommend the Trainee Program to future graduates?

"What stood out to me straight away was that you’re not immediately tied to one specific role. Being able to learn and develop by immersing yourself in unfamiliar parts of the business gives you a strong foundation for professional growth. I was also drawn to the international aspect of the programme. I love working with people from all over the world, and the global nature of the programme has given me the opportunity to work alongside and meet fellow trainees from different countries."
