Our graduate scheme is designed to help you gain deep industry knowledge, sharpen your skills, and fast-track your career progression.

You will start with world-class training at our Sales Academy, while shadowing our operational and sales teams. This hands-on experience includes servicing customers by installing and maintaining soap dispensers, air fresheners, sanitary units, floor mats, and managing hazardous medical waste removal. You’ll get a full picture of how the business operates from day one.

Once you have completed your first six weeks, you will rotate across various sales roles such as Indoor Sales, Key Account Customer Relations and Telesales.

This will give you a solid understanding of our diverse customer base, and the chance to become an expert in our range of services. You will also have the opportunity to complete our Intro to Sales Development Programme, building your skills and knowledge to develop your career.

Now that you’ve gained a broad understanding of the business, you will decide which area you want to specialise in. You will play a part in any local projects in this time and also complete the Leadership Development Programme.

Potential roles during this stage include:

Become our next sales superstar, where you will be responsible for sales in a certain area.

Share your expertise by leading a team of indoor sales colleagues.

In this role, you will manage your own team of service drivers.

Supporting our Key Account customers with their washroom requirements.

After two years, you will be ready to take on more senior positions such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Branch Manager or roles in Area Central Support.
