WSP - Application tips
Do Your Research:

Applications that show a genuine interest in WSP and an understanding of what we do really stand out. Make sure you clearly explain what interests you and why you want to be part of our team. 

Apply as Early as Possible:

We encourage early applications, as demand for our Early Career Programme is high.

We review applications for our Early Career opportunities on a rolling basis, which means we begin progressing some candidates to the final stages before the application closing date. To ensure your application receives full consideration, we recommend submitting it as early as possible.

Using Artificial Intelligence (AI)

AI tools can assist with grammar and structure, but make sure your application is written in your own words. You’ll be asked about it during the interview, so it needs to reflect your genuine experiences and voice.

Before submitting, make sure you've answered all questions and highlighted your relevant skills.
