Many of the questions you’ll be asked will be behavioural-based.

Commonly they start with:

“Tell me about a time...” ; “Give me an example of...” ; “Describe a time when...”

STAR technique

Situation: Set the scene.

What is the situation you had to deal with?

Task: Describe what you were responsible for.

Action: What you did to address it?

What was the action you took?

Result: What was the outcome of your actions?

What was the result, and what did you learn?

Research World 50 & Procurement Leaders to learn as much as you can. You will be asked about your research in the interview. Utilise multiple sources and research tools.

Be curious! Go into your interview with questions prepared about our company, the team, the role & our culture.

Take time to make sure you understand the role. Review the job description and identify the key skills the hiring team are looking for.

Present your best self. For virtual interviews: make sure your tech works & background is professional. For in person interviews: plan your route and arrive 5-10 minutes before the interview time.
