Our Planning & Consents teams help unlock and deliver some of the UK's most important development and infrastructure projects. As investment in housing, regeneration, transport, energy and water continues to grow, we support clients in securing planning approvals, environmental consents and land solutions that enable sustainable progress. Working with public and private sector clients, we help shape Future Ready places, infrastructure and communities across the UK.

Our Advisory & Finance teams help clients make informed decisions about complex projects, places and property portfolios, turning challenges into practical, deliverable solutions. Working across sectors including transport, infrastructure, energy, water, property and the environment, you'll support projects that influence investment decisions, improve sustainability, enable digital transformation and deliver long-term value. You may also have the opportunity to work within our Business Rates Advisory team, helping public and private sector clients manage one of their largest property-related costs. As a graduate, you'll collaborate with experienced consultants, technical specialists and real estate experts, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects while helping clients move from ambition to action.
