Do I need a logistics or supply chain degree?
No, while some of our graduates have studied logistics or supply chain-related subjects, we're also interested in candidates who can demonstrate a genuine interest in the industry, relevant experience or strong leadership potential through work experience, extracurricular activities or other achievements.
How long is the Graduate Programme?
The programme lasts around two years and is designed to help you develop the skills, experience and knowledge needed to build a successful career in supply chain and logistics.
Will I need to relocate?
Flexibility is an important part of the XPO programme. Graduates complete placements across different areas of the business/country, support is provided during placement moves, but there is an expectation to move across the country.
How many placements will I complete?
During the programme, you'll complete three placements across the business, giving you exposure to different operations, teams and ways of working.
What qualifications can I gain?
Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll have the opportunity to complete industry-recognised qualifications including Management CPC and IOSH Managing Safely, as well as leadership and management development modules.
What support will I receive?
You'll be supported throughout the programme by your manager, mentor and the wider graduate community. These support networks are designed to help you settle into the business, develop your skills and build relationships across XPO.
Will I be given real responsibility?
Absolutely. From day one, you'll be encouraged to get involved, contribute ideas and gain hands-on experience within the business. The programme is designed to develop future managers and leaders, so you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout your placements.
