Sydney Samuels, Inclusion and Diversity Manager at British Airways
Sydney delivers the company-wide 'Inclusion Starts with I' strategy and supports Flight Operations (pilots) and Engineering with L&D. Sydney began her career in the investment management and wealth management space before pivoting into a more purpose-led career path.
Before British Airways, Sydney launched and raised angel investment to scale a tech recruitment platform connecting thousands of candidates from underrepresented backgrounds to entry-level career opportunities.

Sutanya Chedda, Director of Global Research at UBS
Sutanya Chedda is a European Equity Strategist at UBS, providing data-driven insights on market trends and stock performance. She moved into equity research after roles in wealth management and treasury in Jamaica.
A 2023 Black British Business Awards finalist, she is also a passionate advocate for DEI, co-chairing UBS’s MOSAIC-UK network.
Sutanya holds a BSc in Economics from the University of the West Indies and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Mountbatten Institute.

Malika Cornwall, Corporate Finance Executive at EY
Malika is a Corporate Finance Executive at EY with 4+ years’ experience in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. She has helped execute M&A and capital-raising deals with an aggregate transaction value of £150m+ and is also the Head of Modelling for EY’s largest public go-to-market resource.
Malika enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs as they develop comprehensive growth plans for their businesses. She studied Politics and Economics at the University of York and passed CFA level 1.

Camille Lawrence, Senior DEI Lead at Lloyds Banking Group
Camille has been with Lloyds Banking Group for 8 years, with roles in Organisational Design, Strategy, Systems Thinking and Capability before moving into her current role.
She focuses on enhancing senior-level diversity to reflect the UK & Indian labor markets and building a diverse tech talent pipeline, particularly from underrepresented groups.
Her work includes removing recruitment barriers, improving progression and retention and providing strategic consultation and education.
