Numbers tell stories. Help us understand them.

If you're curious, analytical and enjoy solving complex problems, our Actuarial Graduate Scheme could be the perfect place to start your career.

At Beazley, actuaries don't sit on the sidelines. They help shape business decisions, influence strategy and work on some of the most unique and complex risks in the specialist insurance market. From cyber-attacks and healthcare innovations to major global events, you'll help us understand risk and make better decisions for our clients.

Over this two-year programme, you'll rotate across product areas, gaining exposure to both short and long-tail classes of business within Lloyd's and the wider London Market. You'll work alongside experienced actuaries, underwriters and data specialists, learning how pricing models are built, tested and applied to real-world challenges.

We'll support you every step of the way with structured development, professional qualifications, mentoring and hands-on experience. Most importantly, you'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, challenge thinking and make a genuine impact from day one.

What you'll be doing

  • Working across multiple actuarial teams and product areas
  • Developing and enhancing pricing models
  • Using data to understand and evaluate risk
  • Supporting underwriting and business strategy decisions
  • Learning the latest actuarial and modelling techniques
  • Working closely with market-leading experts on complex and fascinating risks

What we're looking for

You don't need to have studied Actuarial Science to join us. We're looking for people who are naturally curious, enjoy tackling complex challenges and are excited by using data to solve problems.

Entry Requirements

  • A-Level Maths Grade A or above
  • A 1st or 2:1 in a numerical degree discipline
