Intake: June 2027 for 8 weeks.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology, innovation, and problem-solving, and who are eager to gain practical experience within the IT and consulting industry. You will be joining a team supporting one of our largest UK public sector clients, working alongside experienced professionals while building valuable skills, knowledge, and connections to support your future career.
During your internship, you will contribute to meaningful projects and gain exposure to real-world business challenges. You may support service delivery, project management, business operations, customer experience initiatives, or software engineering activities, depending on your chosen pathway. This may involve working on client-focused projects, supporting business operations, contributing to service improvement initiatives, or helping deliver innovative technology solutions. At Capgemini, we are helping shape a new age of intelligence, partnering with clients across industries to harness AI, technology, and human potential to drive meaningful change.
Working within multidisciplinary teams, you may be involved in collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, supporting the delivery of projects and services, participating in planning and continuous improvement activities, building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, analysing data to support decision-making, and exploring new technologies and innovative ways of working, including the use of Generative AI and other emerging digital tools.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:
Identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford. As such, you will need to be based within a commutable distance to your chosen office where you should expect to typically be in the office 3 days a week. This specific role is not available to be based in any other UK office; however, other opportunities on our website may offer greater flexibility on location.
