What will you be doing?

We offer four programmes in Technology:

  • Cyber Security

Work with companies to protect them from cyber threats.

  • Forensic Technology and Discovery Services – Data Analytics

Help companies facing disputes or investigations build a clear picture of what's happened.

  • IT Risk Assurance - Data Analytics

Help companies test their IT processes, systems and controls, and show them where to make improvements.

Throughout each of these programmes, you’ll work on real client projects and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, some of which might lead to professional qualifications. Above all, you’ll be supported to grow and take on more responsibilities in your work as the programme progresses. This means being given autonomy and the chance to help us in creating sustainable and long-term value as a connected business. As we progress, so do you.

Entry requirements

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone.

  • Cyber Security - You need to have have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply. 

    In addition, we're keen to meet people who have a strong interest in Cyber or Information Security. You do not have to have a computing degree to work in Cyber security: threats exist in every field, profession, and industry.

    If you have experience in coding, system development, deployment of Cloud infrastructure and can demonstrate extracurricular expertise. If you have an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification, or have completed an industrial placement in a topic like Cyber Security or Information Security, or a STEM degree which contains a topic relating to Cyber or Information Security by the time the programme starts, this is for you (Maths, Physics etc).

  • Forensic Technology and Discovery Services – Data Analytics -  You need to be working towards an honours degree in a STEM subject and have an interest in Data Analytics, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply. 

  • IT Risk Assurance - Data Analytics -  You need to be working towards an honours degree in a technology related discipline such as Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply. 

    Experience with a programming language (such as VBA, SQL, Python, R etc.) is also beneficial along with a passion for data.

About the Bright Network Fast Track
