What is the team’s culture like?
The team has been very welcoming, especially my supervisor, Smriti, and my manager, Bhushan, who guide us interns and give us feedback that will help us improve. Open communication has allowed us to clarify any issues with them and to better learn, understand and work together.
What are you working on?
I worked on rebranding the ServiceNow Agent workspace and mobile app, as well as on some other enhancements for the mobile app.
What made you decide to join Equinix?
Equinix is a global digital infrastructure company that offers opportunities for us to develop in many areas. At the same time, we also get to learn and work side by side with professionals on different projects. This challenges me to work outside of my comfort zone and with new technologies.
What skills did you gain from your internship?
During my internship, I learned about cloud architecture and computing. The language I used was JavaScript, with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) provided by the platform that we were working on.
