Our employee networks provide Kier employees a safe space to share their experiences and learn from each other, supporting in making Kier a more inclusive place to be.

- Gender Inclusion Network: Supporting all genders and cultivating greater gender inclusivity
- Racial Inclusion Network: Promoting racial inclusion and the importance of active anti-racism. All employees are welcome
- Ability Network: Providing support and a collective voice for neurodiverse employees and those with disabilities
- Armed Forces Inclusion Network: Providing support to colleagues who are affiliated to the Armed Forces in any way
- One World Network: Providing support and advice for international employees
