In 2016 I graduated from City, University of London after having obtained an Honours Degree in Psychology. Upon completion of my degree, I joined the HR Graduate Programme with Kier wherein which I will spend three years rotating between two placements. My first rotation is the Business Placement at Kier Construction Southern in Aylesford. I am currently one year into my Business Placement and I have gained a vast amount of experience and have been able to deal with many HR matters first hand.
My Line Manager has given me the opportunity to not only learn but to also implement what I hope to be doing for many years to come. As part of my graduate programme I have also started my Master’s degree in Human Resources Management which has helped embed everything I’m learning throughout my placements. I believe I have integrated very well in not only my team at Kier Construction Southern, but also the wider Kier HR community.
