Our Graduate Programmes - Markets

For 2024, we are running seven core programmes for graduates; Actuarial, Business, Finance, Insurance, Markets, Member Service, Tax. Programmes are rotational, designed to give you and encompassing range of experiences to discover your strengths and interests. Equipped with those insights, you’ll be able to choose your professional path and achieve your aspirations.

What you’ll do

Our 24-month Markets Graduate Programme is aimed at those with an interest in both the Lloyd’s market and Corporation. You will undertake four corporation-based placements within market facing teams, allowing you to experience the perfect hybrid between a global business and the world’s specialist marketplace for (re)insurance. You will also receive support towards achieving your L6 Senior Insurance Professional and ACII advanced diploma.

What you’ll need

We ask our applicants to have a minimum 2:2 in any degree subject. We don’t require a specific numerate subject – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. We are looking for those who are curious about our organisation and future opportunities with us. Here at Lloyd’s, we take a strengths-based approach to assessment. We want to explore what stimulates and inspires you, instead of placing too much emphasis on what experience you may already have. Essentially, we want you to be your authentic self! Our recruitment process

The recruitment process will comprise of several stages including a strengths-based online assessment, a strengths-based video interview and an immersive assessment centre.
