NextGen is our workstream for early career professionals. Their aim is to support our next generation of talent through opportunities to network, learn and develop their skills.
Social Mobility
The Social Mobility workstream raises awareness of different socioeconomic backgrounds and how this can affect progress in the workplace. It seeks to ensure people succeed regardless of their start in life and to attract young people from all backgrounds into financial services careers.
