We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, team playing Graduates to join us and help shape our future, as we will help shape yours.

Every year we welcome a new cohort of Graduates who join us for a 2-year rotational program based in one of our office locations in Jersey City, New Jersey, or Rocky Hill, Connecticut, in the US, or in London, UK. Our Graduates rotate every 6 months within the business area they have selected. In 2022 we are looking for Graduates to join either our Underwriting teams, our Risk & Compliance, or our Finance teams.

Our next Graduate Program will begin in September 2022. Our Graduates will be fully supported through mentorship, career advising, gaining professional qualifications while receiving a competitive starting salary and flexible benefits.
