We are using digital services and smart data to help us better identify the minority who seek to avoid or evade their taxes.

As a result, we continue to have one of the lowest tax gaps – the difference between what is owed and what is collected – in the world. We have one of the largest and most dynamic IT operations in Europe and by 2020 we will be among the most digitally-advanced tax authorities in the world.
