Construction
We are a leading UK national contractor delivering projects of all sizes and complexities in the public and private sectors, including education, healthcare, defence and justice and borders. We design and deliver buildings that are key to the UK’s infrastructure – from hospitals and treatment centres, to schools, leisure centres and prisons. Construction comprises our Regional Building, Strategic Projects, Kier Places and International businesses and we operate across all regions– London & Southern, Western & Wales, Eastern & Midlands and North & Scotland.

Infrastructure
We are a leading provider of UK infrastructure, working collaboratively with our customers and supply chain to deliver critical and complex major infrastructure and routine and reactive maintenance.We work in partnership with central government departments, regional and local authorities and regulated utilities. We provide our customers with whole life cycle infrastructure solutions, with our integrated design team working together with our build and maintenance teams to provide assets that are safe, sustainable and resilient across our key sectors: Aviation, Energy, Environment, Highways, Nuclear, Ports, Rail, Water

Our national footprint means we can deliver works anywhere, while our regional presence gives us the expertise needed to understand the local landscape and community, leaving lasting legacies that go beyond project and contract completion.

Property
Specialises in sustainable urban regeneration, last mile logistics and modern sustainable office developments. With a development pipeline of £1.5bn, the team plays a key role in creating spaces that support local economies and future communities.

Group Functions
Kier Group functions provide the central underpin to ensure we carry out our responsibilities as a UK plc and strategic supplier to the UK Government, keep the business moving and play a vital role in delivering our group-wide success. It is made up of our corporate functions, including people, finance, IT, procurement, corporate affairs and communications.
