Urban Jungle was founded in 2016, by a team from both in and outside of the insurance industry. We saw that insurance was a slow moving industry where technology was not being used enough, and customers were too often forgotten, especially younger ones. We decided to do something about it.
We have set ourselves a number of values which help guide everyone in our team in how they should make decisions. They are:
