We’re a close-knit bunch of people who strongly believe in working together as a team and delivering great customer service from start to finish.  Yodel is an independent parcel carrier that delivers millions of parcels every week to every postcode across the UK, with 50 sites nationwide to provide our customers and clients with a great delivery experience. We deliver promises on behalf of many well-known online and high-street retailers. Yodel has a strong focus across many B2C markets including fashion, beauty & are specialists in wine and flower deliveries.

Although our main head office is based in Hatfield, we have a Support Functions office based in Liverpool as well as opportunities based nationwide across our operational sites.

With an emphasis on customers and clients, we use our award winning Have Your Say customer feedback programme to gather shopper feedback from 7,000 customers every day, with over 8 million reviews already influencing how we deliver client and customer promises.
