Our Multicultural Leadership Network (MLN) promotes the benefit of ethnic and cultural diversity at our company. Join us at the upcoming Evening with MLN event on the 19th October from 5pm – 8pm, and learn how network members are actively committed to a work environment that encourages diversity and realizes the powerful influence of cultural differences on promoting responsible growth. Through its outreach programs to students and the larger community, the network supports recruitment efforts and raises awareness of the opportunities for careers across banking.
The evening will begin with a Keynote address, followed by a panel discussion on career prospects, personal development and our culture. You are then invited to network with employees over drinks and canapés.
