What is Spring into Banking Programme?

Spring into Banking is for curious and driven students, it's the perfect introduction to Deutsche Bank’s Fixed Income & Currencies and Corporate Finance divisions. Led by expert trainers, you will learn how financial markets work and get to know more about the way Deutsche Bank operates. You’ll network with recent graduates and senior managers, and develop the soft skills to thrive in a rapidly changing working world.

Audience

To apply for our Spring into Banking Programme you must be in the first year of your undergraduate studies, or your second year of a four year course i.e. graduating in 2026. The event is designed for students that identify as female and have an interest in pursuing a career in Investment Banking. This QA session is a change for you to meet our female ambassadors, who will be joining the Investment Banking (Fixed Income & Currencies and Corporate Finance) Internship and Graduate Programmes next year. The purpose of the panel is to empower, educate and inspire students who are interested in a career in Fixed Income & Currencies.
