Eligibility
Undergraduates who identify as women and are graduating in 2026 or 2027

We've partnered with Legal & General to bring members who identify as female an exclusive two day event on 3rd and 4th April at their offices in central London.

Inclusion is at the heart of everything at L&G. It’s how they stay close to their customers and communities, how they make quality investment decisions with a positive impact on society, and how they deliver inclusive capitalism.

To help you understand more about the inclusive culture at this global organisation, L&G will provide access to a huge range of women including senior leaders, recent graduates, their sustainability teams, diversity networks and more! Join this event and have quality conversations with their people to find out what your L&G career could look like.

Those that are accepted and attend the two day event have the exclusive chance to have your application fast-tracked through their summer internship or year in industry programme.   They're after bright first year undergraduates with an interest in Legal & General, to join them.

What you can expect

The L&G Future Talent team will host you across the two days where you’ll take part in a fun and interactive business game, specifically designed to help you learn about the organisation. There’ll be lots of opportunities to hear from L&G’s women and people via skills sessions, Q&A panels, spotlights, networking, plus plenty of informal discussions.

How the Fast Track event works

Once accepted to this event, you will be invited to complete a short 30 minute online assessment which includes multiple choice strength based questions along with 12 numerical reasoning questions. This assessment needs to be completed within 5 days of registering on Legal & General's assessment platform.

A successful score on the test in conjunction with attending this event in full, will give you the opportunity to apply for a 2025 internship before the roles are due to open in September 2024! Legal & General will prioritise your application and, where possible, endeavour to arrange your interviews within 8 weeks of the event taking place.
