This mentoring programme is for candidates aged 18 to 30 who are interested in building a career in publishing, especially in Marketing and Publicity. Whether you're a writer, illustrator, editor, aspiring publisher, or someone looking to transition into the industry, we want to hear from you.
The programme will connect candidates with senior professionals from Communications teams across publishing. Over the course of a year, mentees will take part in quarterly mentoring meetings, attend all three of The Bookseller conferences, and take a seat at the British Book Awards (Nibbies).
This is a collaborative initiative between The Bookseller, 20/20 Levels, and Dark Matter, designed to support career development and open up access to the publishing industry.
