The Acivico Design & Construction team are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Administrator (T Level Work Placement) to assist in the coordination and administration of projects across the Programme and Project Management Team within DCFM at Acivico Group.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to project teams, ensuring smooth operations, timely reporting, and effective communication among stakeholders.
This is a T Level Work Placement covering 45 days/315 hours.

What you’ll do
As part of our Project and Programme Management Team, you’ll:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams
- Assist with managing project documentation, timelines, and reports
- Help organise and minute meetings, track action items, and liaise with stakeholders
- Work with project management tools like Verto
- Contribute to reports, presentations, and client communications
This is a fantastic opportunity for a student looking for a T Level to build your knowledge and confidence in a professional environment while supporting real-world construction and infrastructure projects.
Who we’re looking for
We welcome applications from individuals who are:
- Working towards a qualification in a built environment discipline (e.g. Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering)
- Interested in exploring a career in project or programme management
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with others
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prior administrative experience is a bonus, but not essential — we're looking for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
