ADP is looking for the next generation of Implementation Functional Consultants to join our UK Implementation Development Program.
What’s our secret to success? Well, that’s easy. People like you. We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates and payroll professionals to help us build and expand our UK Implementation team. As part of the UK Implementation Development Program, your goal is simple: learn as much as possible in 12 weeks. We’ll get you started with the tools, technology, and technical knowledge you need to succeed. Then, you’ll be placed amongst our brightest associates as an Associate Functional Consultant, joining our group of passionate consultants who have a passion for building excellent business relationships whilst managing end to end client projects.

Things you'll do: Responsibilities
- Responsible for Implementing new clients and understanding their internal business needs
- Work with the client to create a functional design by managing their application configuration, data conversion and financial reconciliation
- Undertake, co-ordinate and reconcile the migration of client data between third party systems and ADP software
- Create, maintain, and provide the implementation project timeline for the client in order to achieve go live targets
- Managing meetings, facilitating workshops, and delivering presentations.
- Identify problems, assess impact, and implement solutions
Experience you'll need: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent in education and relevant experience
- Ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Experience in a client facing role (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Critical thinking and an analytical mindset
- Be passionate about providing a good client experience
- Full valid driving licence
Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications
- HR and/or payroll experience potentially with CIPP qualification in Payroll Management
- Good level of English
