You will join the FEM and Digital Analysis team within the Wing Engineering community looking after numerical simulation, using cutting edge technology in combination with data analytics to provide best in class solutions for the development of our Wings.
You will:
- Be an active member of the team developing engineering skills in conjunction with an appreciation of business needs
- Participate to innovative digital projects
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s ways of work by challenging “status quo” and proposing new ideas
- Be part of a dynamic environment working side by side with experienced engineers
- Communicate with other teams within the Company
About you

Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competences:
- On your way to obtaining a degree in one of the following subjects: Aerospace, Mechanical or IT Engineering, Data Science and Analytics degree.
- You have awareness of Finite Element Methodology.
- You have interest in Data analysis.
- You are a dynamic individual with great team spirit and strong drive for personal development.
- You display energy, ready to take the initiative.
- You have an analytical mind and a passion for problem solving.
- Knowledge of FEM tools, i.e. Altair Hyperwork, Hypermesh and MSC Nastran would be a plus.
