We are looking for two interns who are eager to learn all about HR, including HR generalist activities and HR Business Partnering activities, while learning about our key people initiatives in 2025 onwards and working with the business to drive performance and change.
We are a team of HR professionals that work closely with business leaders across the Broughton Plant supporting different business and function areas and driving our People Strategy. We are a diverse and inclusive team that values different ways of thinking and working to solve problems and drive improvements in the organisation.
What you will be doing
As an intern in Human Resources, you will gain vast experience in different HR Centres of Expertise, including:

You will get the opportunity to work on projects that secure the future skills and talent for the Broughton Plant and ensure we embrace change in a sustainable way.
You will also develop skills in communication, project management, prioritisation of tasks and also knowledge of HR processes and ways of working.
Requirements
Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following
- Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, a Social Science field, or equivalent;
- Knowledge of Google Tools or Microsoft;
- An eagerness to learn and develop yourself;
- Work well within a team;
- The ability to listen, understand and communicate information;
- An interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems;
- The desire to work in an open and trusting environment;
- The ability to organise and manage multiple tasks within strict time constraints;
