We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Intern to join the HR function in our London office.
Within this exciting role, you will mainly support the HR Consultancy (also known as HR Business Partnering) team, which provides consultancy services and advice to managers and employees within the organization by facilitating the execution of HR solutions and supporting the growth of the business and its overall strategy. The global team consists of HR Business Partners and County Leads around the globe. This role works closely with HR Business Manager who is based in London, and will be responsible for supporting HR Business Management for the team.
The successful candidate will tackle administrative tasks, e.g., coordinating meetings and travels, drafting and sending meeting agenda, taking minutes, etc. They will also be tasked to support cyclical HR processes and projects as the need arises.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support HR Business Manager on day-to-day business
- Participate and assist in the coordination of projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Take over responsibility for the Head of HR Consultancy’s meeting, travel arrangements, and expense claims
- Take lead on conference call and meeting organization, i.e., agenda, minutes, meeting and discussion notes, and follow-ups with respective parties
- Prepare presentations, project documents, and management meeting materials
- Support HR Consultancy team on HR processes, e.g., talent management, engagement survey, year-end compensation review preparation, as well as ad-hoc projects
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or fresh graduate or early career professional's welcome
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data manipulation and analytical skills
- Experience with PowerBI would be a plus
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
- Working experiences in HR or Financial Institutions would be an advantage
- Ability to handle critical information in a professional and confident manner
- High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness and working independently
- Process-drive with outstanding attention to details
- Tech savviness, ability to pick up and navigate new tools, systems, and processes
- Well organized and ability to prioritize and reprioritize work according to changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines and achieve effective results in a fast-paced global environment
