We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing business. Over the last 9 years we have established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Paris and Madrid, and we continue to grow quickly.

As a result of continued business growth and investment in building our team, we have a number of graduate opportunities available in our London office. We are currently recruiting for a September 2024 start date.

We are looking for people with analytical skills, an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, enthusiastic and highly motivated.

What we are offering you

Our three-year graduate programme will see you combine work with the opportunity to study towards a CFA qualification. You will have the opportunity to discover and explore the world of valuations, grow your portfolio of skills, and build a platform to develop your career.

From the outset you will be fully involved in our projects and have opportunities to develop your skills across all of our valuation services, including portfolio valuations, M&A and investment analysis, restructuring, litigation, financial reporting and tax valuations. In addition to gaining a breadth of valuation experience, you will develop core transferable soft skills such as project management, and the ability to present and discuss complex ideas in a simple manner.

The three-year programme will offer you a solid platform for the rest of your career. You will have structured learning, including support to study for the CFA qualification. You will also benefit from exceptional on-the job coaching and mentoring from very experienced colleagues. It is part of A&Ms commitment to continuous learning and development.

While you will likely spend the majority of time working in the London office, we will encourage you to take up opportunities for cross-border collaborations (including travel) with our other European teams. In addition, you will be involved in large multidisciplinary projects gaining cross-functional exposure to other service lines within A&M.

What we look for from you

Aside from the requirements set out below, crucially we are looking for individuals with enthusiasm and a curiosity for working within the valuation profession. We do not expect our graduates to have had specific work experience in this area or know everything on Day 1 but do ask that you bring your enthusiasm to the office every day.

• Eligibility to work in the UK;
• 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree;
• ABB A-levels or equivalent (some exceptions may apply);
• Business level English is a pre-requisite and any other languages are desirable;
• IT skills proficient in Excel and Word to intermediate level; and
• Interest in participating with initiatives in the areas of corporate social responsibility and diversity and inclusion.
