Programme Overview:

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed.  As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

On the Project Management GROW Programme you’ll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your monitoring progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolution to issues, identifying risks in the delivery, coordinating with contractors and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

 

Specialism:

Project Management - On the Project Management GROW Programme you’ll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your monitoring progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolution to issues, identifying risks in the delivery, coordinating with contractors and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.  

 

The Project Management GROW Programme at Arcadis is perfect for graduates who wish to be able to experience a wide variety of sectors and achieve Chartership as quickly as possible. 

 

  • Preferred Degrees: Ideal candidates will be from a Construction or Engineering related degree such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management. However, we also will consider those from a non-relevant background, including courses such as Law, Management and Business-related degrees etc, with view to supporting them through chartership.

 

This role can be based at one of the following Arcadis offices or client sites: Falmer (Brighton), London, Warrington, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Belfast, York, Cardiff, Leeds, Glasgow.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • You will be graduating in 2024 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
