Arthur D. Little offers internships in London for Spring 2024 to join our Media and Entertainment Practice (within our wider Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media and Electronics practice) for students approaching graduation, as well as for recent graduates. Business Analyst Interns typically join Arthur D. Little for a 3-4 month period. During their internships, Business Analyst Interns are active members of project teams and often execute similar responsibilities to full-time junior members of staff.

The role

We are currently building and growing our Media and Entertainment team at all levels to create a high performing team of which the successful candidate would be a key part.

The role will initially be for three to four months however, if successful, a permanent position as a Business Analyst within the Media and Entertainment team may be offered.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • Excellent academic background and have recently graduated.
  • Education, project work and / or experience in Media and Entertainment topics is an advantage
  • A keen interest in working within Consulting on Media and Entertainment topics (including TV, Film, Music, Sport, Publishing, Marketing, Advertising agencies, B2B, and more)
  • Demonstration of good communications and report-writing skills.
  • One or more of the following would also be beneficial:
    • Additional language skills.
    • Have or will have a degree and / or post-graduate qualification.

Responsibilities

Given the range of work undertaken by Arthur D. Little, you will need to be adaptable to fill a variety of roles on different projects. For example, you will be expected to:

  • Work in small teams, usually on multiple projects running in parallel.
  • Research and analytical skills with experience with large data sets (including proficiency with MS Excel and any Business Intelligence tools as a bonus).
  • Presentation skills to support client facing activities such as interviews and workshops.
  • Support the production of written deliverables of exceptional quality (including proficiency with MS Powerpoint and Word).
  • Work in our office in London and occasionally at client sites (in the UK and overseas).
  • Support wider aspects of our business, including internal projects, business development, client management activities, as well as project delivery.
