Open to all students, the Discovery Diversity Programme is an opportunity to learn about the career paths on offer to underrepresented groups at Barclays, and be considered for our 2025 internship. We want to introduce a more diverse range of people to the industry, help you learn about the opportunities we offer and encourage you to picture yourself in the world of financial services.

Here at Barclays we work with a number of business areas to understand their needs and convey them to teams of developers, helping to drive forward change and to find innovative solutions to complex problems. Discover and learn from the team behind some of the industry’s biggest innovations – from the first talking ATM to Blockchain and Siri payments– and see bold ideas transformed into practical, real-life solutions.
