Do you have what it takes to join our Rural Surveying Team?

We would love an enthusiastic graduate to join us from September 2024 based in our Norwich office.

Job purpose

You'll get the chance to grow with us. In fact, we really want you to progress and will do all we can to help - particularly with the daunting challenge of preparing for your RICS APC, for which we have a fantastic first-time pass rate!

You’ll also be enrolled on our 2-year graduate development programme which will focus on personal effectiveness and impact, commercial and financial awareness and client delivery skills.

This will develop you beyond your current technical expertise, building a strong foundation for your career in the property sector.

Part one

In this programme, you will become involved in a range of skill development activities and networking opportunities, not just with other graduates, but with key senior stakeholders too.

About you

It is important to us that you have a cognate or non-cognate degree graded at 2:1 or above and preferably work experience within the rural industry.

We also look for candidates who embrace teamwork activities, and enjoy taking responsibility, so please make sure you tell us about these in your application!

Most of our graduate roles involve being out and about, visiting sites and meeting clients. Therefore we ask that applicants have a full driving licence and access to their own car. However we know that this may not be possible for all individuals and if this is the case, we ask that you do highlight this to us so that we can explore options with you.
