Client Journey 

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars are looking for a truly outstanding individual that is keen to make their mark within the global luxury space. You will be joining our Client Journey team, directly responsible for the definition and mapping of client touchpoints using a range of channels that contribute to a truly exceptional experience commensurate to the brand, something you will be a key and valued member of from day one.

What will you be doing?

Your main role will be to support the delivery of a truly exceptional client experience through each stage of the client lifecycle. To do this, you will:

  • Play a vital role in the understanding and analyses of client “surprise and delight moments” as well as any potential pain points.
  • Proactively seek to understand client requirements and translate these into actionable and quantifiable deliverables.
  • Based on your own research on client journeys in the luxury industry, present ideas that would contribute to a brand-appropriate experience.
  • Excite and inspire others through the identification and proposal of initiatives to deliver excellent client satisfaction, working with the appropriate stakeholders to bring these to life.
  • Develop engaging and meaningful communications for important stakeholders, with the audience ranging from our all-important global Dealer network to our Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Board members.

Qualifications and experience

  • Studying a Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Has had prior experience within an office environment
  • Driven to deliver excellence with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Inquisitive in nature, seeking to understand the variables that contribute towards a class-leading experience.
  • Can provide and demonstrate a strong sense of customer centricity.
  • Previous work experience within a customer-centric environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
