The role will be working within the Material Planning department with the opportunity to obtain full process knowledge customer order and parts supply.

Responsibilities

  •    Supplier communication & develop negotiation skills.
  •    Develop KPI’s to support the progression of the subjects assigned.
  •    The department is responsible for the supply of all production related material into the assembly hall to build a quality vehicle from approximately 350 suppliers world wide. Along side this we are also responsible for the supply of consumable & maintenance items across the plant.
  •    Build an understanding of all logistics departments at plant Oxford.
  •    Understand vehicle flow and customer order process.
  •    Gain understanding and business experience.
  •    Work in and with established teams to achieve business and personal goals.

Qualifications

  • A levels or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and idea
