Our Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough. Alphabet Mobility Services Specialist 

In the Customer Account Development and Mobility Services Sales team we are responsible for a portfolio of corporate customers, the sales performance and strategic direction of our SME sales channel and for providing mobility consultancy to all Alphabet fleet customers. The team look after a variety of duties that are driven around customer retention, growth and loyalty, predominantly B2B (Business to Business). Our team are based all around the country and spend their time visiting customers, providing industry leading support that is strengthened by Alphabets innovative products and services.

Alphabet strives to make mobility easy for customers and our Mobility consultants work with them to provide expertise and guidance on our flexible offerings; Alphabet Rent, Own Fleet, Alphabet Share etc – driving cost savings, improving efficiency, sustainability and ensuring they have the vehicles they need to run their business, in a cost efficient and effective way.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Mobility Consultants with customer analysis and presenting this information to our customers, adding value to their overall fleet proposition.
  • Creating bespoke pricing for customer specific requests and executing successful wins.
  • Researching what is going on in the mobility world, sharing fresh insights that challenge our thinking and help us to provide market leading mobility expertise that drives growth and sales.
  • Contribute to defined workstreams that are part of our Own Fleet project.
  • Co-ordinate and support the sales activity for Alphabet Share, ensuring this becomes a successful product across our customer portfolio.
  • Involvement in the customer pilot and ongoing development of our Taxi provision.
  • Actively learn about all aspects of Corporate (B2B) customer management and provide input into customer meetings, CRM management, customer account development plans and contact strategies..

Qualifications and experience

  • Studying towards a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Business, Customer Management or other relevant field.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Confident to meet with customers (following training) and willingness to travel to meetings.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, and ability to show high attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt working approach, prioritise, work under pressure, multi-task and problem solve.
  • A trustworthy and self-motivated individual, who is an excellent team player.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
