Sales Channel Development

We are looking for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Sales Channel Development team, responsible for all topics regarding our Dealer Network. This includes establishing long-term plans to optimise global Dealer coverage in all markets, ensuring a healthy and profitable network willing to invest in our brand. Our team works closely with the five RRMC regional offices located around the world to help maintain and monitor the Rolls-Royce defined retail standards, safeguarding the overall customer experience within the Global Dealer Network.

What will you be doing? 

  • Assessing the viability of markets for a new Dealer presence, conducting a full analysis and evaluation.
  • Coordinating Dealer development activities. This includes supplying contracts and completing systems set-up process activities for our new Dealers.
  • Providing key support to the wider Sales Channel Development team.
  • Acting as a liaison point between the Sales Channel Development department and our various regions.
  • Managing any changes to our network, ensuring we always have an up-to-date global dealer database.

Qualifications and experience

  • Studying towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
  • A competent user of the full Microsoft Office software suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn, coupled with a diligent work ethic.
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • An ability to multitask and provide support to a variety of ongoing tasks and projects.
