Sales Operations Placement

We are looking for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Sales Operations team, responsible for the Rolls-Royce sales business worldwide. We work with our regional offices around the world to realise the dreams of our clients when they take delivery of their Rolls-Royce Motor Car. Supporting our Sales Operations team, you will be involved in tasks around market performance, regional support, used cars, financial services, and fleet operations.

What will you be doing?

Market Performance:

  • Supporting the market performance team in steering sales performance, order placement, and enquiry monitoring.
  • Providing direct liaison with regional offices and dealers worldwide.
  • Supporting the placement and steering of bespoke ordering.

Used Car & Fleet Support:

  • Supporting the delivery of projects including market analysis, marketing, programme enhancements, and digital development.
  • Monitoring and supporting pre-series vehicle upgrade projects.
  • Supporting the fleet Remarketing and Sales process through the online auction. 

Qualifications and experience

  • Studying towards a bachelor's degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
  • A fully competent user of Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Outlook.  
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to deal with a range of people with professionalism.
  • An ability to critically evaluate current working practices and recommend and implement changes.
  • An ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks at once.
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • An ability to balance short notice demands with longer term tasks and planning.
  • A strong ability to work autonomously.
