Sales Planning Placement

We are looking for a self-motivated and eager to learn individual to join our Sales Planning and Controlling team, responsible for the forecasting, analytics and reporting of our Rolls-Royce global sales performance. We play an essential role in steering the delivery of our Rolls-Royce sales objectives on a monthly and annual basis, something you will be a key and valued member of from day one.

What will you be doing?

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Rolls-Royce sales objectives on a monthly and annual basis. This will include responsibilities such as:

  • Ownership of our competitor reporting landscape deriving insights to both Goodwood and Regional teams.
  • Producing key management reports and presentations to distribute performance information around the business.
  • Having regular contact with regional teams around the globe to collect vital sales information.
  • Creating and maintaining reports and reporting structures, ensuring information is clear and easy to interpret whilst also being delivered in a timely manner.
  • Completing system and process improvements to help achieve maximum efficiency for the department.

Qualifications and experience

  • Studying towards a bachelor's degree in Economics, Maths, Business, or a similar field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
  • An experienced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills. This includes being able to spot trends and interrogate data.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English language skills. Additionally, German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
  • An understanding of our brand, products, and company, coupled with a willingness to develop this into a passion during your time with us.
