    We are on a mission to make home comfort green. Our role in Product Management is to ensure the success of our products now and in the future. We must define, steer, and deliver new products that will help the UK decarbonise heating and hot water in both domestic and non-domestic buildings. Our Product Managers are the CEOs of the Product – responsible for defining and executing the company’s product strategies (Price, Product, Place, & Promotion). As part of your internship – you will interface with departments around the business from, Marketing, Logistics, Sales, After Sales, training, Quality and Finance departments. This internship is suited to students with an entrepreneurial flair and a desire to experience a holistic understanding of how to bring a successful product to market. 

    In this role, you will be responsible for

    During your internship you will support the Product Managers in the following areas:

    Product Strategy Development 

    • Use Case, Market and Customer Segmentation
    • Competitor technical & pricing benchmarking
    • Customer Needs Identification
    • Developing Business Cases

    Product Development & Launch

    • User experience testing
    • Product requirements engineering
    • Supporting various work packages to launch a product to market

    Product Portfolio Management

    • Maintain our roadmaps with focus on UK net zero target
    • Competitor pricing benchmarking and analysis 
    • Product performance analysis
    • Define and execute product promotion, extension and phase out activities

    Your profile

    Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

    Our ideal candidate must have

    Embarked upon a Degree related to one of the following overarching disciplines:
    Business Management, Economics, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing

    Our ideal candidate should have

    • A natural passion and drive for learning and developing
    • A confident manner with strong communication skills 
    • A strong analytical ability and an open-minded approach towards problem solving
    • Entrepreneurial Flair
    • A strong base knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
