Make your mark as a Digital Content Coordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. In this role you contribute to the development of BSS SharePoint online environment and provide day-to-day maintenance and user support for SharePoint-based systems.

Your responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited too;

  • Primarily using SharePoint, liase with individual users and departments, on an ongoing basis, to identify new areas where this can be leveraged.
  • Regular review of content and structure to ensure business relevance and consistency of branding. Organise, schedule, and confirm internal and external meetings.
  • Guidance to departments within the business on the structure of their internal subsites and internal communications.
  • Encouraging user adoption and contributing to the development of a business wide understanding of the potential of SharePoint.
  • Identifying and designing training materials and making resources available to users.
  • Organising and delivering demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Communicate & Collaborate with wider Office 365 and IT teams.

You can make your mark as Digital Content Coordinator if you have:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online at Site Owner level and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Experience of working on/contributing to SharePoint site design and build.
  • Experience of designing content templates and setting content standards to ensure content is managed consistently for SharePoint.
  • Experience of change management - designing and delivering communication plans, designing content governance frameworks, reviewing and approval of significant content changes
  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Design thinking approach.
