    Boston Consulting Group

As a top-tier strategy firm, we seek to change the way the world works. We form partnerships with our clients to solve their biggest challenges and shape their future together. The work our consultants do has a lasting impact on companies, industries and society and, as a result, we are always looking for creative, driven and collaborative personalities to join our consulting team. If you think that sounds like you, a career at BCG may be a great fit.

    The Programme

As part of our mission to find the best talent, our Mentorship Programme for first year students is now open. Please note that this scheme is open to students of all disciplines and does not require a prior interest in consulting. The programme will run throughout February and March 2023.

We will match selected students with one of our consultants to offer 1-1 mentorship, during which you'll have the chance to ask all your consulting questions and get advice on how to best prepare for applications, for BCG and beyond. It is a great opportunity for you to get to know us, while getting useful advice and practice to give you the best preparation for the world of work.

In particular you will get coaching on how to succeed through the BCG Insight Programme application process. Our Insight Programme is a unique two day residential course in early September, where you can learn more about BCG and what we do.

Please note that this mentorship will run virtually; the Insight Programme is an in person event with all costs covered by BCG.
