    Join our 24-month Future Talent Programme, where you'll be immersed in pivotal projects alongside seasoned professionals, gaining invaluable knowledge and hands-on experience. You'll play a central role in working with various business areas providing integrated data solutions, continuously adapting to meet evolving business needs.

    As part of the programme, you'll contribute to the development of our strategic integration pipelines, ensuring the secure and efficient transfer of data between sources. Beyond technical skills, your genuine interest in data and the industry's future will drive your commitment to understanding its potential uses. You'll actively participate in shaping how data is utilised in Cadent and support other departments in optimising data-led decision-making.

    This programme serves as a launchpad for your future career, offering hands-on learning experiences complemented by professional qualifications around data warehousing, SAP, AWS, and Databricks platforms.
