The role

Working as Scheduling Support you will work alongside the Planning and Scheduling team within Customer Operations, and you will be involved in the building of delivery plans and expected an holistic view of your workload and wider work.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating operational work orders and other associated administrative tasks to build the delivery plan
  • Supporting the overall priority of work
  • Co-ordinating work with other areas of the business and having a holistic view of all work required to be completed ‘on day’ and short to long term
  • Assisting in the administration of scheduling activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training
  • Supporting in the delivery of training of new staff where appropriate to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with standard processes and procedures
  • Participating in the measurement of individual and team objectives, to enable Network performance gaps to be identified and improved
  • Ensuring data assurance and interrogating systems where required to obtain information to aid the job instructions and ensure completion is right first time

Skills and experience

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office desktop packages
  • Ability to use other core systems (SAP, ClickSoftware)
  • Be highly organised with attention to detail to ensure data assurance and be able to interrogate systems where required to obtain information to aid the job instructions and ensure completion is right first time
  • Have the ability to adapt to changing priorities in response to business demands
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
  • Motivated individual with a positive approach
