Cerberus is currently seeking to hire a UK full-time Summer Intern to join their Portfolio Management team based in the London office from 1 July 2024 through 9 August 2024.
Key job responsibilities
- Assist the team in the asset management activities of the existing real estate portfolios
- Track performance of investments and identify the optimal operating and financial strategies to be implemented
- Help update and execute the business plan activities, including but not limited to asset/portfolio sales, refinancing, letting, refurbishment and development projects
- Preparation of material for investor reporting

Eligibility
Eligible Students should be
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and have completed at least one (1) year
- Have the Right to Work in the UK (this role does not offer any form of sponsorship)
