The role
We’re offering an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable work experience, transferable skills, and a project management qualification to support your future career.
Under the guidance of professional subject experts, you’ll play a key role in helping deliver high-quality services to the residents of Ceredigion. You’ll be placed in one of six Council service areas, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of key functions.
What we’re looking for
- A 2:1 degree or above, obtained within the last three years;
- Experience in a work setting (paid or voluntary);
- A passion for public service and a willingness to learn and grow.
Available placements
- Building Control & Development Management;
- Carbon Reduction, Energy & Asset Management;
- Engineering;
- Legal;
- Public Protection (Environmental Health or Trading Standards);
- Youth Work.
