As a Commercial Graduate you will participate in a structured rotation programme across our Consumer Experience & Customer Development functions to gain a commercial understanding of our business. You will also contribute to cross functional projects across Finance & Customer Service & Logistics, under the mentorship of experienced professionals, to address real-world business challenges and drive innovation. Alongside working with some of our largest customers in the UK such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco & Asda.
Qualifications
- Students that have recently graduated in 2023, or are due to graduate in 2024
- Strong analytical and problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, adaptable and, results-oriented mindset
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in a commercial environment
