At Colt you can make your mark 

Support our marketing team to build and deliver our brand inside and outside the business. You’ll be at the forefront of creating a reputation that helps Colt win the most important markets. Take the lead on Colt’s social media by being our ‘voice’ and use your creative flare to develop and apply new insights for higher engagement. Embracing change is key to succeeding in this role as you'll be engaging in various marketing activities, from events and content creation to delivering webinars. Here are just a few examples of what you’ll be trusted with: 

  • Conducting research to support us in understanding our markets, competitors, customers and people 
  • Improving the way we connect with our people, including joining the production crew on our internal Colt TV show 
  • Collaborating with the team that develops and leads major events 
  • Supporting teams within Marketing and Sales with their initiatives through your social media expertise 
  • Creating proposals that support our wider teams on how they can engage with the content we produce 

What do we look for? 

You must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing and be proficient in English. We encourage you to seize ownership and take the lead on all your marketing projects. Show us your attention to detail and take pride in every project you undertake. Other qualities we like to see: 

  • Understanding the importance of effective communication and collaboration 
  • Curiosity for all things digital and technology 
  • Drive to continuously learn and improve within your role
