As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting, distributing, and monitoring reports for NHS customers and pharmaceutical partners while ensuring data quality and accuracy within IT systems.
Key responsibilities
- Run scheduled reports and ensure ongoing data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate ad hoc reports to support business needs.
- Build strong relationships to understand the reporting needs of various departments.
- Maintain effective customer communication, ensuring clear and concise updates.
- Support master data management, improving data quality and business-wide accuracy.
- Contribute to process documentation and reporting improvements.
- Present system and process enhancements to the Master Data Management Forum.
About you
- Experience in data management within a regulated industry
- Advanced Excel skills (SQL reporting experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to train colleagues on master data management and data accuracy
- Problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for data challenges
- Experience managing and reporting master data within an ERP system
- Confidence in engaging with senior managers and business stakeholders
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and make timely decisions
- Passion for continually improving processes, systems, and reporting
